1. Shipping regions

We currently ship in particular to:

  • European Union (EU)
  • United Kingdom (UK)
  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

We reserve the right to adjust the shipping regions at any time for logistical, legal, or commercial reasons.

2. Shipping origin

Orders are shipped from Germany.

3. Shipping carriers

We currently ship primarily with:

  • DHL
  • DPD

We reserve the right to use equivalent shipping providers if required for order fulfilment.

4. Processing time

The processing time is usually 1 to 7 business days after successful payment.

During periods of high demand, limited drops, public holidays, or operational bottlenecks, processing may take longer in individual cases.

5. Delivery time

Actual delivery times depend on the destination country, shipping carrier, season, customs processing, and other external circumstances.

Once the order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant shipping provider. Where available, tracking information will be provided.

Any delivery times displayed in the shop, checkout, or order confirmation are non-binding estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Shipping costs

Within the EU:
Shipping is currently free of charge.

Outside the EU:
We currently charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 14.00 per order unless stated otherwise during checkout.

The shipping costs shown during checkout are authoritative.

7. Customs duties, import taxes, and fees outside the EU

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, import handling fees, or similar charges may apply.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these costs are to be borne by the buyer.

8. Partial shipments

For cost and environmental reasons, we aim to ship orders as completely as possible in one shipment.

If necessary for logistical reasons and reasonable for the customer, partial shipments are permitted, especially in the event of temporary non-availability of individual items.

9. Non-availability

If an ordered item becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

If delivery of the relevant item is not possible, payments already made for that item will be refunded.

10. Incorrect or incomplete address details

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address data unless we are at fault. Additional costs may be charged where legally permitted.

11. Refused or unclaimed shipments

Shipments that are refused or not collected and automatically returned to us are not automatically treated as a valid withdrawal.

In such cases, additional shipping or return costs may arise where legally permissible.

12. Transfer of risk for consumers

In the case of sales to consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the consumer only upon delivery of the goods to the consumer or to a person authorised by the consumer to receive them.
