1. Voluntary 30-day return policy
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant a voluntary 30-day return policy for many items from the date of delivery.
This voluntary return policy only applies to items that are:
- unworn,
- unwashed,
- and in a proper resalable condition.
Trying on items to the extent customary in a physical retail store remains permitted.

The direct costs of return shipping under the voluntary 30-day return policy are borne by you.
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we refund the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping costs are not refunded under the voluntary return policy unless we are legally required to do so.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
This does not include additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
3. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply or may expire early in particular for:
- goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or specification by the customer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to personal needs;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they were unsealed after delivery.
This may apply in particular to sealed underwear or similar hygiene-sensitive products.

5. Exchanges
Exchanges are generally possible subject to availability.
Please contact us in advance via the contact form on our website where available, or by email at support@tempel.design. If a direct exchange is not possible in an individual case, we may refund the returned item and ask you to place a new order.
6. Incorrect, damaged, or defective items
If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us without undue delay via the contact form on our website where available, or by email at support@tempel.design.
In such cases, we offer replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with the statutory provisions and the specific case. Where legally required or expressly agreed, we also cover the reasonable cost of a standard return shipment.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
7. Refund processing time
Once the return has arrived and has been inspected, refunds are usually processed within 3 business days.
The actual posting of funds may take additional time depending on the payment provider or bank.
8. Refused or unclaimed shipments
Shipments that are refused or not collected and automatically returned to us are not automatically treated as an effective withdrawal.
In such cases, delays in processing may occur. Where legally permissible, already incurred shipping or return costs may be deducted or charged.
